A first-ever global initiative to bring attention to the boundary-breaking women in the outdoors and beyond. By sharing their stories, we hope to inspire the current and future generations of female explorers.
Move Mountains includes a multi-year outdoor adventure collaboration with Girls Scouts of the USA, a series of short films, a platform for sharing more stories of women in exploration, and a business commitment that impacts everything from representation in advertising and athlete pay to investment in product design.
The campaign extended across print, digital, social, and a unique landing page on thenorthface.com/shemovesmountains. The cornerstone of Move Mountains is celebrating stories of women pushing boundaries in short films narrated by fellow role models who admire them.
One month after the launch of Move Mountains, The North Face became the fastest-growing women’s brand in the industry ahead of Nike, adidas, and Patagonia.
